Early Life
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio was born on the 10th of March, 1994, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Ocasio was raised by his parents Benito Martínez and Lysaurie Ocasio Declet. He started singing at a very young age after listening to an album of the famous reggaeton rapper, Vico C. By the time he was five, Bad Bunny had decided that he wanted to be a singer.

In 2017, Bad Bunny met Gabriela Berlingeri while dining at a restaurant with his family. Career
Bad Bunny’s “Diles” which he uploaded on SoundCloud was a quick hit and it immediately impressed DJ Luian. In 2017, Ocasio was featured in J Balvin’s hit number, “Si Tu Novio Te Deja Sola”. His song “Sensualidad”, in collaboration with J Balvin and Prince Royce also took the tenth spot in the “Hot Latin Songs” chart.
In 2018, Bad Bunny, Cardi B, and Balvin produced “I Like It”. His impeccable English and Latin raps in the song made this number one on the Billboard Top 100. The other song released in the same year with Drake, “Mia”, also came fifth on the Billboard Top 100. Bunny released YHLQMDLG in February 2020 and soon it was a critical and commercial success.
