Drishyam 2 earned 15.38 crores on the first day at the box office. With this, Ajay Devgan’s film has become the second biggest opener of Bollywood after ‘Brahmastra’. On the second day also, it had earned 21.59 crores while making a tremendous collection. Within two days, ‘Drishyam 2’ had collected more than 36 crores. On the third day, the film gave an even stronger performance.

According to the box office collection reporting website, Saknilk.com, ‘Drishyam 2’ did a business of around 26.70 crores on the third day (the figures are initial and may change). With this, its total collection reached over 63 crores on the weekend. Earlier it was expected that the film could do business between 45 to 50 crores. It did a bumper business leaving behind all the estimates.
