NIT Jamshedpur will send 45 youth to Andaman and Nicobar
Students of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur will go on exposure tour under Yuva Sangam program under the banner of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB).
Under this, 45 NIT youth will go to Andaman and Nicobar on an exposure tour from April 5 to April 7.
Under the scheme mainly students studying in higher educational institutions and some off-campus youth from across the country are sent for exposure tour to different states of India.
Through this, students get an opportunity to connect with many aspects of life, development sites, recent achievements and the host state.
During their visit the youth will get multidimensional experience under five broad areas – Paryatan (Tourism), Parampara.
Students will also be made to experience traditions, pragati (development), interaction (people-to-people contact) and coordination with technology.
Director Dr. Karunesh Kumar Shukla has also formed a committee by making Dr. Sudhanshu Shekhar Patti the nodal officer to make the program successful.
The youth of Jharkhand can register on the portal for this journey on 9th April.
